Great products and speedy delivery, have ordered a couple of times now. Reasonably priced too.

I have been buying my rabbit supplies from this site for years and I love these guys! They have such a wonderful small-business personal touch that always makes me feel warm and fuzzy. Around Christmas time I receive a hand written card and today my order came in with this cute little drawing on it. Not to mention the quality of products is awesome and shipping times are always fast and convenient. 10/10 would recommend them and I, of course, am going to continue buying from them.

Their items are always of such good quality and delivery is so quick! I know my guinea pigs love the bedding I purchase from them, and I personally can't wait to see what little love note has been written on the box to say thanks - it's great customer service!

First time buyer, bought some hay and a few of their herbal blends which my bunny is loving! Sent them a message regarding one pack in particular. Nothing negative just something not quite right. Today I found a message stating I had a delivery due from them which confused me. Turns out they’ve sent me a free blend! Far too generous of them, I’m sure my bunny will be happy but they certainly didn’t need to send a replacement. Very grateful and will definitely do business with them again.

The BEST customer service! We have a bunny who cannot live without the timothy hay we get from Small Pet Select so we have a subscription. It comes on time every month and is the same high quality every time! If I need to change anything they are just a click away. I called once last minute and added a box of treats and it was instant! I highly recommend them.

My family and I have been ordering from Small Pet Select since our little guinea pig Poochie was told he has a "sensitive stomach" and needed high quality hay. Aside from hay, we've ordered a plethora of treats, toys, and houses. Later, we added my baby bunbun Penelope to the mix of animals and although she's pretty shy when it comes to toy's she absolutely LOVES the grass mat and most of the hay balls. However, neither of our two guinea pigs or our rabbit are shy when it comes to treats and they haven't had a healthy snacker from Small Pet Select that they haven't liked! Although I'm sure you'd say our pets are "spoiled," at least they're spoiled with high quality snacks, houses, toys, etc. that we know we can trust!

I purchase second cutting Timothy hay for my guinea pigs. I also buy toys and treats. The products from this company are natural and many are unique. They make blends of flowers and greens for small herbivores. These are a bit expensive but they are unique. My guinea pigs love them. They also make toys out of hay and other plant material. All of my little pets enjoy the toys. The site is geared mostly toward rabbits but guinea pigs love the hay, and my hamsters and rats love the treats and toys. The hay is gresh and fragrant, and much better quality than those bags of dry crap you can buy at petsmart. Pound for poind, compared to those little bags at pet stores, the hay at smallpetselect is less expensive. The prices are somewhat high for most things but you're paying for good quality. You can find coupons often for free shipping and you can email them to request a free sample of their second cutting timothy hay. If you have small animals, especially those who enjoy hay, give this place a try.
